100 rep laterals (50 each arm) - 10 lbs
DB Side laterals - 35x10, 40x8, 45x7 PB
Barbell upright rows - 65x10, 75x10, 85x10
B/O Side laterals - 20x10, 30x10, 35x10
CG bench - 145x8 PB, 150x8PB, 155xPB
DB kickbacks - 15x10, 20x10
Reverse grip tricep extensions - 42.5x12, 50x12, 65x8
notes - I really like the 1 arm presses. No burn from the 100 rep laterals :dunnodude: Will go heavier next time I try them. Compared to last week's shoulders/tris I was a great deal stronger today
questions - really just for ordinary...am I supposed to do a 100 reps for each arm totalling 200? Also what kind of angle did the bar flare out on the 1 arm BB presses?
