Ok so some stuff is going to be changing. I'm trying to get in the gym earlier and work with a guy that works at my gym. He's a powerlifter and a very successful one at that. After my chest session today he helped me with floor presses and critiqued my deadlift form. Said it was really good, but he had pull the bar in closer to my legs and try and sit back more descent.
Bench Press - 95x10, 135x6, 195x4, 195x3, 195x3, 195x2
Incline DBs - 50x10, 60x8, 70x5
Floor presses - 135x8, 185x2, 185x3
Decline Floor presses - 135x8, 175x7, 205x2 (put ass up in air, bring bar to bellybutton)
Cable bar curls - 65x10, 72.5x8, 80x2, 42.5x10 (drop set)
Incline DB curls - 35x9 (single arm), 35x9 (double arm), 40x6 (double arm)
Hercules curls (both arms same time) - 20x15, 25x15, 35x8 partials
2' Box jumps - 4x15, 4x10
3' Box jumps - 1x5
notes - did a lot of talking and bullshitting...pretty cool group of guys my age who I got to work out with now.

I think his squat/deadlift are a lot better now. Raw bench is something right at or above 500. Truly a humble and down to earth guy.
the only problem I forsee with getting help from Ben is that he works the morning shift and it's a struggle for me to get there with early classes. He's been there in the afternoon the last few times and he's sometimes there on weekends. it's going to be really cool though.
