they lines are slowly coming out bit by bit, then again ive only dieted for 2.3 weeks but thats big noticable changes in the quads for me

His development for being natural is great, and when he cuts his upper body will be fine. That is like you trying to tell me how to get strong or big... just isnt gonna happen bro. Not to be mean or make fun, its just criticism.
Remember everyone has their weak and strong points, Dridderz recognizes that he has areas that need to be brought up a bit. But overall his development is amazing for his age. Lets not say anything until he is in show condition shall we?
