lookin better dridderz and i agree ure back is lookin good. Try bringing up the leg definition more. Do alot of lunges and real deep squats and higher reps. Also stick to going up hill on a treadmill instead if uve been walking on it flat. Also back or stair climber might help. Getting those legs ripped will be the hardest part and if u get them ripped guarentee placing!!

your priority: chest, then shoulders. keep your morale high and keep growing

I'll add lunges into my workouts when i hit legs, my last leg session i did high reps and about 4 - 5 sets on each exercise... i was sooo freaken sore, yeah deep squats felt good, i made sure my ass was only afew inches from the ground:keke: .
im doing cardio again today so ill add stair climber in it
Good point and very true about being able to get the quads ripped will be one of the hardest parts for me, im slowly seeing lines in the quads, maybe i shouldnt take pictures the day after of a leg workout since heaps of blood would still be in there and not giving a better veiw:keke:.
Any other tips you might have to geting the quad area shredded?
