Supplements : some AAKG, i stopped creatine before i started dieting.
Cardio : 1 x 30 min walk, 4 x 20 min bike
Meals: 5 per day
Cals : 2,000
Protein Times 2 of own body weight plus more.
Carbs : 285g max but i dont always reach that much, so on a daily avage i would say 220 - 260g
Fats : 15 - 30g.
No milk, cottage cheese etc
Mainly chicken breats boiled, tuna, raw oats, some bananas everynow and then with the oats. veggies,
past 3 weekends, 1 cheat meal each weekend. <-- wasn't up to me, uncle told me to :keke:
