done and done!!! Gotta love circuits... and these are supposed to be my bulking workouts. I think I'm 200 right now.
Great workouts, I like the difference you have than most typical training (like mine ) It defitinely shows why your big and ripped at the same time. Ill probably start giving those circuits a try sometime.
Its impressive how your able to lift heavy weights with circuits and little rest.
Thanks Braaq! I used to train very typical... but then I started working out with this trainer and he had a totally different mentality about lifting. There are so many different ways to lift and there are so many different muscle types and fibers that you have to try different things. For me it came down to wanting to be big, but also aesthetically built. At first you can't handle the heavy weights, but then your body gets used to it. I'm not as young as you damn whippersnappers any more and my body really doesn't recover from the heavy as well anymore... so intensity has become my weight. Failure is failure! I also love making the younger, stronger guys puke
Your absolutely right, there are several different ways of training. Yours is clearly working, and its keeping you in awesome shape. I will probably start incorporating that when I am getting closer to a competition.
Sorry ya'll. I have fallen off, I know. Stuff has been crazy here lately. I have still been training, but I've been slacking on the log. I am going to S. Africa to visit my brother and then as soon as I get back I will be 110% working towards my show. I will definitely start the log back up then. I can only hope I look as good as Turk as I get ready for the show. Thanks for checkin in Prize, Lion and Prince!
