Hey Guys, I still have one more week left of the Christmas break from school, so when I get back, I'll be starting my log.

Training Methods
I employ DoggCrapp training mostly. A lot of my routines are Strongman/Powerlifter based, so I do a lot of singles and unorthadox exercises, but so far it's working okay.

Height - 6' 4" 1/2
Weight - 285

I'll also be doing a weigh-in on Monday every other week.

Where I'll Be Training
My school's weight-room
My basement

At my high-school we have a decent weight room. It's not the greatest, but hey, it's better than nothing. Mostly new machines and tons of weight.

In my basement I have a standard Olympic weight set. I have a Weider Universal Bench system, but it's pretty old. So most of my training will be done at school.

Basic Training Spilt
Monday - Chest, Calves, Legs
Tuesday - Back, Biceps, Triceps, Abs
Wednesday - Shoulders/Traps, Calves, Forearms
Thursday - Abs/Strongman Type Events
Friday-Sunday - Rest

Hope you guys like it. :xyxthumbs:

Yeah, I competed in a PL show when I was in grade 9, but I only came in 3rd. I had fun doing it, more fun that I assume bodybuilding would be, but I'm a Stongman at heart. Kaz and Magnussen are my idols.

Also, I forgot to mention that my school only has dumbells up to 100lbs. so if I'm using DB's for anything, it'll only go up to 100lbs. We might be getting some 110's and 120's though.

Grade 9 third place? Sounds pretty good to me. Were you competing against other 9th graders or guys older. Kaz = the man:linedrunk:

Indeed good sirs. Just a few more days until school gets back in. So on monday (Canadian time) at 2:45 PM, training will start until exams, then it will cease for the 5 days that we have exams (4 exam days really, but we have a day off and I'm not gonna be doing training on my day off)

I'll try and keep a consistant log and if you guys have any questions or comments or even tips of the like, please feel free to ask or say them.

Hey guys! First installment is here.

First came cardio, just to get the oil at the joints after a Christmas break. I walked/jogged for 25 minutes on the treadmill at the start, and I did cardio at the end by doing 5 full sets of stairs (one set is going up 400 steps and down 400 steps).

Chest]
Flat Bench
135lbs - 1 set, 20 reps for warm-up
225lbs - 1 set, 15 reps
275lbs - 1 set, 10 reps
315lbs - 1 set, I had to rest pause because I was so tired by now, so the rest pause was 2 reps, then 3 reps, then 1 deep rep

Incline DB Flye
75lbs DB - 1 set, 8 reps
85lbs DB - 1 set, rest-paused 2 reps, then 3 more reps, then I was spent.

Then came legs...

Legs
Squat
225lbs - 1 set, 20 reps
315lbs - 1 set, 16 reps
405lbs - 1 set, 12 reps
495lbs - 2 sets, 6 reps
565lbs - 1 set, 3 reps

Lunges
95lbs - 60 steps

Stiff-leg Deadlift
135lbs - 1 set, 30 reps
225lbs - 1 set, 15 reps
315lbs - 1 set, 8 reps
405lbs - 1 set, 4 reps
455lbs - 1 set, rest-paused for 2 reps, then 1 rep

Then it was time for calves.

Calves
Standing Calf Raises
300lbs - 1 set, 25 reps
400lbs - 1 set, 25 reps
500lbs - 1 set, 25 reps
600lbs - 1 set, 25 reps
(Our calf machine only goes up to 600lbs now because we got a whole bunch of new equipment)
Then I did a DC extreme stretch because I was already doing calves, and didn't want to come back and do them after.
So I did the DC stretch with 400lbs
20 seconds raised, 20 seconds down
Rest for 25 seconds
15 seconds raised, 15 seconds down
rest for 10 seconds
10 seconds raised, 10 seconds down

Then my calves were finished, and so was I, but not before my other DC extreme stretches. I'm not going to write them right now because I'm too tired to. I'll write a different stretch for a different bodypart that I did next week, so that you'll know what I do to stretch.

Post Workout Reflections
I think that today went pretty good for the first day back. My workout seemed lack-lustre today, like I couldn't get myself motivated again. Maybe next time I'll be ready to work harder. The stretches seemed really hard today because I needed help to do my DC Chest stretch and I normally can do it just fine.

Next week is my GVT (German Volume Training) week, so, I'll be doing GVT all next week.
