Did some 1 rm testing today. I'll only post my PR attempts
Pretty pleased with the results overall. Gonna take some rest till monday and than I'm gonna start a new protocol. I'm thinking about doing some westside orientated workouts but I'm not sure about that. If someone have a good idea feel free to post them up.

I'm pretty pleased with the results myself but tomorrow I'm gonna start a new protocol. This will be very different from this one. A freind of my asked me if I wanted to join him on one of the toughest survival runs in Holland. At first I laughed but I did get second thoughts about it. So I decided to go with him, were gonna do a partner run, this makes it a bit more easy but its still 18km with brutal obstancles.
So along with the weight training there will be some endurance work as well. I havent got much preperation time (2 months) so I have to give it all I got.
