Pretty good idea to add some stretches thoughout your week off to help with a recovery without becoming to stiff from time off.
i remember when i somewhat done a tenden in my arm from hammer curls, i had to take afew weeks off to recover but only till this year it has fully healed, it has taken a good solid 9+ months for it ti fully recover and heal which suxed for taking so long lol :keke:
