I had all of last years workouts on another forum but it's time to start a new one on this site as a new member. Started working out in May of last year benching about 125lbs. This was Sunday 12/30/07.

Right now I'm 6'2" 190lbs. I'll post up todays workout later after I do it. Short term goal for right now is get up to 200lbs and 10-12% BF.
