Good to see a new log. Looks like you added some quality strength to your bench from where you started. A lot of benching in that first session.

Solid sessions bro! Quick questions... one, do you always do more decline than incline press? and two, why biceps before shoulders? I know you have only put up the two workouts, but just wondering? Keep it up bro, you'll make the goal!

No I switch it up between Decline and Incline every few weeks. I don't have solid Incline numbers so I need to start working on them more actually. Look for a few more Incline sets and less Decline in my next Chest day which is tomorrow.

As far as the biceps go I do them the same day as shoulders and Triceps. Arms/Triceps. I was doing Bicep workouts with my back workouts and Tricep with my chest workouts but I decided that I want to focus more intensly on them since they weren't getting the work I want them to get.

Yea, with the days with chest and tri's back and bi's I cant really isolate them as I would like because through all the compound movements, I can't lift as much as I would like to towards the end. So instead of doing the original chest/ tris, back/bis I switched it up, (even though I'm doing HST right now) Anyways, sorry about calling you Dr. Phil there before, I was just joking around, nice numbers BTW. Keep it up!!

I can't believe you weigh 190 now. I remember you weighed like 145 or so at the beginning of the year.
