Yesterday was back. My forearms were sore from yesterdays deadlift session so I used straps only on my heavier sets. I wouldn't have been able to do them without the straps.
Barbell Rows, Reverse grip
Deadlifts (2 days in a row, w00t!)
3x10@180, 5-6 second negatives
Barbell curls, 5-6 second negs
Cardio was all taken up and situp mats/machines as well. So I went home.
Weight: 205. That is all.
