Rows and deadlifts were done with lifting straps.
Chest and biceps this morning. No spotter on this day so I couldn't push myself, plus I don't like how the smith machine feels.

Seated preacher dumbbell curls (when you rest your elbow on your knee/thigh)
Today was shoulders/triceps.

Skull crushers, close grip presses
Saw a good looking blonde that caught my eye (couldn't stop looking at her) and a cute little brunette doing the Cardio classes. Twas a good chick day!
On a side note, I was reading my first post and I can't believe I'm over 10lbs heavier than the beginning of the year. I'm sure I might drop a couple when I decide to cut up a little but not much. I have only been taking whey for the past month and I'm impressed that I have kept so much weight on. In a little while I'm going to do legs/back again. Update to follow.
