So Kyle convinced me to start a log for the 08 year. I have been lifting for about 2 years now consistently and I think its time to do this. I'm curious as to how I progress and I'd like to keep track of numbers.

I started at 220 2 years ago and in 7 months I weighed about 190. I have kept a steady 185 +/- 2lbs since then. Lately I have been dropping weight so I decided I needed a new goal: Get to about 190 at 8-10% by June. Realistic? Yes, with strict diet and dedication. Right now I weigh 181. I will be taking Creatine for 2 months, whey (over 200g per day along with 250g of carbs) and some nitric oxide. I'm a hard gainer. Lean mass only.

Current Stack:
Controlled Labs White Blood (a little disappointed with the results)
Controlled Labs Green Bulge
Dymatize Whey Protein

Yesterday was legs

Keep it up Greg. I've been reading up a lot on bulking routines and I started a 3x8. If it does well for me you might want to try it too because I don't put on mass very easily either. My arms have been around 15" for like 6 months now but all my numbers have increased dramatically

I decided to go light on my arms when I workout chest or tris due to the fact that I'm dedicating an arm day and I don't want my arms to overdevelop compared to the rest of my body.

Back/light biceps

Cable Rows
2x12@105
1x10@150
1x10@165
2x8@210

Wide-grip lat pulldowns
1x10@150
1x10@180
2x8@195

Abdominal supported t-bar rows, underhand grip
1x10@90
1x10@115
1x8@125
1x8@135

Dumbbell rows
2x10@80
2x10@70 (got tired)

Seated alternating bicep curls (slooow reps)
4x8@30s

Twenty-ones
2 sets @ 50

It was my first day taking green bulge, white flood and a whey before a workout.

Kyle, I'm not too worried about dropping the amount of sets but I will aim for about 8 reps from now on.

Thanks guys. I'm debating on whether I should lift today because the golf course I work at flooded out and it doesn't seem like it will be open. I was going to take the day off but I may do arms and abs....although my biceps feel a tit bit sore. Should I? It'll be 5 days in a row...I don't mind going that much but I just don't have anything else to do today...

If you feel like your body can take it go ahead. Although I felt like that yesterday and 2 workouts overwhelmed my ass and I was done for the day.

Very impressive and outstanding weights you got going on here Mexi. It was a great idea that you decided to post a log of yourself because not only can you monitor your progress, but us as well. Give it about a couple of months or so, and you'll be pressing like you never believed before. Well...Good Luck with everything!:xyxthumbs:
