Standing Bicep Cable Curl: (I don't remember how much we did. pGhi and alee`can make corrections)
20x25kg + 12x30kg + 10x40kg
Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment:(I don't remember how much we did. pGhi and alee`can make corrections)
30x30kg + 20x30kg + 12x45kg
Smith Machine Overhead Shoulder Press:
8x55kg + 12x55kg (last one was forced)
