Hello everybody, today we have some morning cardio!
We started at 7:30 AM and finished at 8:05 AM, it was pretty good round.
We took few intervals:
First 5 minutes jogging and then 1 minutes walking and after that first 1minutes run...
So we took 5x(1min walk + 1min run). After intervals we jogged back to the home about 15 minutes.
Average pulse: ~170
I'll take some morning cardio day after tomorrow too!

Well today morning I didn't done any cardio, I got flu hopefully its just allergic flu..
If I'm OK tomorrow and weather is good, I'll go to rollerblading with wands. It's very good way of cardio.
Hello everybody, today I went to rollerblading as I said. Weather was almost perfect.
There was some gravel and other shit on the streets in some places so it wasn't the best time to rollerblade.
This was first time rollerblading in 8 months and I took some touch to skating, so speed was what it was.
I was going to take few kilometers more but I got some nasty blisters to my hands and feet :(, so I couldn't skate more.
I borrowed alee's heart rate monitor because he got GPS in it. Here some stats of my little round:
Top Pulse: 193
Average Pulse: 177
Lenght: ~10 kilometers ( I accidentaly shut down the GPS )
Average Speed: 18km/h (~11 mph)
Top Speed: 35km/h-40km/h (~22mph-25mph)
Burned Calories: little over 600Kcal!
It felt good to rollerblade for a long time if I don't count these blisters.

I just pumped my biceps and back in my home.
I have only DB's so I can't do many different moves but I did what I could !
12x12,5kg + 12x15kg + 12x17,5kg + 8x20kg + 35x10kg
Alternate Hammer Curl:
15x10kg + 15x15kg + 15x15kg + 10x20kg + 12x20kg + 30x12,5kg
Concentration Curls:[very slowly]
20x10kg + 20x10kg + 25x7,5kg
One-Arm Dumbbell Row:
12x27,5kg + 15x27,5kg + 18x27,5kg
I did these by leaning to piano :D!
