I dont like to do these with smith machine but some jerk was on the normal bench press.
6x35kg - easy
Seated DB Curl:
We did this session in ~30 minutes because I was in the rush.
Im not going to train today because I must read some physics.. tomorrow starts the exam week.

-Stiff Legged Deadlift 4x
-Barbell Shrug 2x
-EZ-Bar Curl 3x
-Standing Barbell Calf Raise 4x
Thursday (same as Monday)
-Leg Extension 4x
-Incline Bench Press 3x
-DB Raise/Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4x
-Skull Crusher 3x
-Sit ups 3x
Friday (same as Tuesday)
-Lying Leg Curls 4x
-Seated Cable Rows 4x
-DB Shrug 2x
-DB Curl 3x
-Seated Calf Press 4x

We started to train with this new split and thats why the weights are smaller than normal. Its so much more exhausting than training with 4 days split.. Yesterdays session:
Monday (Quads, chest, shoulders and triceps)

I read about 2 day split training and it said that u shouldnt do your sessions with full power.. U should left some power to the next day. And we noticed that u just cant do exercises with same weight than u used to do..
Today we'll do some hams, back, traps, biceps and calves!
