Log it maybe?
So some of u know that I have a flu.. again! This morning I felt like a shit and now I have a flu, great! I have excam week atm.. I really dont know better time to got sick Well I've been training normally just been too lazy to write it up. I'll try to keep my log updated.. I dont know when I start training again.. hopefully Im back in da business next week.
If u wanna know my training schedule check up that jerks (pGhis) log. And Im starting to loose some weight soon.. this bulking have been great but now I must burn that extra fat. My weight is about 90kg's atm so I raised my weigth about 20kg's in a year.

Ok, here we go.. So I went to the gym yesterday. I started the train with warming up in threadmill.
Then I did leg extension and it went fine. But when I started to do incline bench press I felt little pain in my right shoulder.
I just thought that it wasnt enough warm yet so I did 2 warm up sets. Then I raised and I did few reps and it "broke" my shoulder.
I couldnt do more because of the pain I had. And now I cant even lift my right hand without pain..
I really hope that its not anything serious. But I still write my session up.

5x28,5kg [I couldnt do more like I said ]
Machine Shoulder press:
10x18.75kg [I tried to raise but I couldnt get it up... damn shoulder]
I dont know when I go to gym again.. Hopefully next week my shoulder is OK.
