Okay here I am again. Thanks for stopping by my log guys. At Saturday my shoulder felt normal so I went to play some hockey. I could shot normally and shoulder was OK. So at Sunday I went to train hams, back, biceps and traps. I could train without pain and it was solid session ( well weights were kinda small but still ). So I thought that my shoulder was fine and it was just some little promblem. But today when I started to train my chest I felt pain again, damn. I did my workout with little weights but it still hurt. I'll check your logs when I have some more time. :)

Seated Triceps Press:. I couldnt do CG Bench Press because of my shoulder
Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press This was only move I could do.. and with little weights

Guess who is back in business? So I started to train again yesterday. Last week I did some training but it was just pumping because I was in Turkey and in the gym was only few machines and just little DB's. I was ill almost 3 weeks before the holiday but now Im feeling pretty good. But I think that I need to go to the doctor because my left hand is painfull.. Im not sure what wrongs with it but it is been in pain almost 2 months now and I couldnt do CG bench press or Db Shoulder Press yesterday because of that :(.
But yesterdays training (Hams, Chest, Triceps, Shoulders and abs):

Hello, this is h0ke im just jusing pGhis account atm. So today we trained back, biceps and traps. We didnt train legs because of soreness and hangover. Session was really light.

Okay, Im really lazy.. I trained last week but didnt write it up. But today we changed our training schedule and I prefer it to our last one. Now I really try to type my trainings. So our new training program is 4 day split HIT:
Day 1 - Chest and Biceps
Day 2 - Shoulders and Triceps / Traps
Day3 - Quads and hams
Day 4 - Back and rear delt / calves
DB Flat Bench Press:
6x38,5kg few owns and rest forced
Incline BB Bench Press: This is first time when I do incline with BB so I didnt use big weights because it felt kinda unstable.
3x10x unknown weights, just pumping
Standing DB Hammer Curl:
Standing Bicep Cable Curl:
2x10x unknown weight, pumping
+ Just did 30min cardio
