Hypocrisy86, yeah that is really good when some guys helps. I hate that kind of assholes who doesn't help. Sometimes if u have helper u can lift more weights cuz u r sure that if u don't have power to lift the weight some one helps.

Today I got legs, short train again.. I did some recovery benching too.
Bench Press: 4x4x50kg (slowly down, fast push up)
Squat: 8x80kg + 8x100kg + 8x110kg + 8x110kg + 12x80kg
Seated Calf Raise: 15x60kg + 10x90kg + 8x90kg + 10x80kg
First time for a long time I did normal squats and actually it felt good. I felt better than yesterday but not good.
