Just back home from todays session. It was deadlifts and chest triceps
Rotator cuff (Superset (no rest))
Triceps extension with rope
(No rest between sets)
That was it for today. I got a really good pump and burn in my chest and triceps, And I got really good contact with my back doing the deads and hyperextensions Those new weight lifting straps are awesome :D
Works good as wriststraps also
With straps I can do over 10 reps on 160kg. Max with bad straps is 240kg.
I just kept going at 200kg today..I would never have got 5 reps with my old straps...The only reason I stopped at 5 reps todays was cause I was starting to lose the arch in my back
