Did legs earlier today. I decided to do it at home. The typ of training I did was really slow and high reps
1x50 BW (Small stance)
1x50 BW (neutral stance)
1x50 BW (Wide stance)
Long stride lunges
(3 set on every leg, for a total of 6 sets)
That was it for today. It might not look like much, but the burn and pump I get by training like this is far greater then what I feel after a squat session in the gym
