So you came back home from my back and shoulder session. And it was a very "intresting" session, more about that later.
Machine shoulder press
Reardelt cable pull
1x10 160kg (When doing this set my NEW pants from Themusclecollection was ripped in the elastic thing around my waist )
1x17 160kg (Its good to be pissed off!)
Seated cable row machine
(10/20 reps on each arm)
1x10 BW+ 10kg
1x10 BW+ 20kg
Assisted pullups using only arms
1x10 BW - 50kg (Hurt in my left shoulder )

Yes it was a killer to do that many reps, it felt really good when doing them, I passed 12 reps, and thought I'll keep going, At 16 I started to lose my arc in the back. Right now my back feels like jelly, and my rear delts feel really sore also.
I might take an extra day of, going back on Tuesday instead of tomorrow.:keke:
