Mother f****r the burn...I went for deep and slow reps on the squats. Even slower then before, and sometimes I went so deep that my knees made funny noises :DQuote
The extensions was in the same fashion, really slow with a squeeze at the top
Going heavy on the legcurls today, I got a good squeeze on every rep.I was close to get a cramp on the last set, and that is not a very pleasant feeling I might add :keke:Quote
The "stiffy" deadlifts was ok IMO, but my back was sore like hell..so I didn't go any higher the 60kg(~132lbs)
good pics bro, legs are solid as hell and back looks wide. however i would cut for awhile if i was you, get the bf down to like 10% and then keep bulking, gains will be leaner too. right now u probably are a solid 22-25% bf, and i wouldnt really go any higher now if i was you.
