Yeah Im not very lean if we put it that way..I think I could be around 220lbs quite lean. The thing is, I've messed up with my carbs for a long time before.
Eating 100-150g carbs a day for a LONG time. And now when Im eating more carbs, I sleep better and feel a little better (Often very tired).Im going to start doing cardio for 15-20 min a day this coming week, so I might drop a bit.
I tried to drop water once..I lost close to 10lbs. I think it was 7 or 8lbs..and close to everything was from my waist a hips. I have what my brother calls "hipo hips" . And my metabolism is really slow...I gain 1lb by just walking passed Burger king
