I then did "normal" squats with a little more speed to it, but still as deep as it should be. I knocked out 10 reps at 160kg and thats a new record by far.
Doing shoulders and biceps today I decide to go after a good pump because my left shoulder hurts a bit. Still I managed to push it...I saw in maxmonzters log that he did really high rep on shoulder press so I wanted to try it out :D, (IMO I have 4 new PB in shoulderpress )Im really sore right now :keke:. I still have pump in my arms and shoulders as you can see on the pics, the pictures are taken 1 hour after the session.
That was it for this week. My "doctor" also know as my brother thought I should take the next week off from training to rest my shoulder. And that might be a good idea..cause I dont want to retear the rotator cuff. I'll decide next week if I'll take the week off or not.
