Actually the only place I feel it is my lower back, nothing at all in my knees..so far maybe. The reason I dont run is that I tore my right knee to peices some years ago. Broke the kneecap in two for an example...I had a rail on both sides of my knee for 6 months...It took 3 more month before I could walk normal again. The doctor said that "You are not running before you are maximum 90kg (~200lbs), not with that knee" And I will never be 200lbs again.
If you look at my right leg you can see the the split kneecap and that my quad sits higher up compared to the left, and they where even before
