Todays session was back and triceps with some abs. Last week I did 160kg x 15..and I thought I would do it again. I stopped at 13 reps this time though, still good set IMO. I followed that set up 9 reps on 180kg and 2 and 1/4 rep on 200kg :D. I'm really satisfied with this session.

Tricep extensions with rope:
Lying tricep extensions superseted with close grip benchpress:

Seated machine tricep extensions:

180kg x 9
200kg x 2
100kg x 6
