Yeah the shoulder.....Im going to see the doctor tomorrow, Im very stiff around my left shoulder right now :(
Just spoke with my brother, whos a doctor. He said that I shouldn't do any pulling or pressing movements this coming week with normal weights. :angrydude: But he also said that I can try how it feels, and if I even feel a hint of pain or discomfort I should stop.
There is no risk of injury in my case because its not my old tear hurting, its just that same part of the rotator cuff thats strained or overworked. So light weights should be ok according to him if I most go to the gym. The only thing that can happen is that I aggravate it again.
I think I'll take tomorrow off just to give it some more time to rest, then I'll go and do something like arms on Tuesday and some deads in the middle of the week. Leaving chest and legs to later in the week. For shoulders I might do some side latherals, that wont stress the rotator cuff in the same way as pressing and pulling would
