The diet is coming right along, Im at a little plateau right now, but I hope the weight will start to drop in a day or two again. My morning weight right know is 237.2lbs, by no means bad, but I have been floating around 237 some days now.
I have noticed that my arms are coming in good, I can see the "horseshoe" while training triceps, and its not just tendencies its really visible. I have started to see veins on my arms, not popping out but just under the skin.
My hamstrings are tighting up, and my inner thigh aswell. My midsection has comeback a little for some reason, but people are saying that my "gut" is gone and that I look bigger without a shirt so Im happy
I think I sleep a little better at night now when im lighter, I dont breave as heavy either

Yes the cardio is really intence right now. I tried a stairmaster at the gym Im at, and the motion on that one is very close to the same I feel on my crosstrainer at full resistence but still lighter. I have come to the conclution that I might stop training legs so much because my crosstrainer really burns them. I have a monster pump in my legs after 5min...and its not better after 30min
It would be awesome to have my abs showing though.
