Todays it was chest, triceps and some shoulders on the schedule.
After seing how Tunen and Rocky are training chest I said to myself yesterday..im going to try that. And I was surprised. The only time I was close to failure was in the last set at 100kg (220lbs) And right after that I sat down in the chest press machine and did 6 reps at 70kg(154lbs) that good for me:) I hope the improvements keep comingQuote
I wasn't going to do Shoulders today, but there was a photographer in the gym taking pictures for a commercial they are going to show at cinemas later this year..so Im going to be in it :D either when I do side laterals or when I was doing peckdeck....(Ohh man that machine sucks ) But the photographer liked it ...
Strong session again Daniel. Congraz for new PB! That Smith Press looks very powerfull.
Those improvements keep coming, of course u need to do some work for that, but I'm sure they'll keep coming.
