What do you think about the reps though?
Should I go for more reps in the sets or higher weight?
Its strange...When I did 100kg I couldn't do anymore then 3 reps per set...then 10 breaths later I could do it again...110kg would've been out of the question though for 3 reps...but soon I hope I can.

I have not been writing these updates for a while :dunnodude:
I have started to slow the cardio down a little bit, I have "only" done one cardio session this week. And that was yesterday. It was 60min 1157kcals...and I was DEAD after that one.
My plan is to do atleast 2 hours of cardio every week from now. And as I said there's 1 hour left this week then..and that hour will be done tomorrow or on friday.
I've been trying out an education to be a welder this week, much reading in my old books.

I forgot to pull my stomach in in the fdb..and for some reason my left arm look much smaller then my right arm in the latspread and the right arm looks...hmmm enormous..
And I look like Im 300lbs in the face
