The latpulldowns and chins are coming along really nice yes, Im hoping that I can do the stack soon (100kg) then after been able to do that for reps Im going to start with chins without help :)
Just to make Pain satisfied, I have been using my bike for 1h today then 20min to the gym and back home 20min, a total of 1h 40min on a bike. :D
Good session today again, except for legs, my knee didn't feel good so I didn't do any more then 100kg (220lbs) today. My strength keeps going up in incline benchpress. Even though the reps aren't the nicest things in the world its full reps with a stop about 1inch before the bar touch my chest and then as far up as possible without locking out or losing tension. After chest I did triceps, and they were fried after the benching. Still good weights and reps. End finally as I said before I did squats and some legextensions.Quote
Right after the workout I was on the local "hospital" to do a revisit with my shoulder. Its fine for now they said. No inflamation. They told my to stretch the shoulder more to prevent it from "cramping up" and wear out quicker.
So its all good,..for now. because its not the first time its been like this..probably not the last either
