No I won't be as fat again..I have not eatin myself to everything though.
From my last diet some year ago I dropped so fast that my testo and T3 was gone, my test levels are just below everage right now, my T3 is not though.
Then I gained 30-35lbs from the stress when my mom died. And no not from food

My strength is still climbing Even though Im on a diet with low carbs and higher fat and protein. The food for today so far:
- 6 whole eggs, a cup of coffee with little milk, vitamins/minerals, BCCA,"sesamebutter"
- Lean ground beef with some sallad from the restaurant in the same buiding im testwelding in. 1 glas of low fat milk. Omega 3, BCAA
-Proteinshake (100g protein) BCAA, sesamebutter
Meal 5 -
Will be a steak with some sallad, omega 3
