Good to see you're on the mend and you do look leaner in that pic.
Soon be back to full strength again. You're bound to lose some weight during illness and at least you haven't put on more than what you started at before the sickness.
Just to get it started again I did some sets with my db's at home after I got home from work. And I got a good pump because there was just 10 sec rest between the sets. Depending on the weather tomorrow I might go to the gym and do chest and triceps
