damn you guys are gifted with some good calves. I would say the right one.
Not my best session at all, but with little food in the system and much work this was the best I could do today. My lower back was bothering me when doing db/bb pressing, but it let go after a while. I choosed not to go any higher then 160kg (352lbs) in the deads for my lower backs sake. It wasn't a problem at though. My arm session was just crap except for the tricep part.
Tomorrow I'll get back into the gym and do some legs if the back allows it
I know. The part I was thinkÃ*ng about was the chest and biceps. There was just no power, I normally do atleast 2-3 sets with 100kg (220lbs) And I was done after one set yesterday. Then my biceps lacked normal strenght too.
There was not much to complain about in the back session though. I could've done I little more weight in the latpulldown, but I felt it was enough with 60kg (132lbs)
