I still tried to make it to 20 reps with 180kg (400lbs) just because I wanted to see if I still could do what I told Braaq in the Vipchat :keke:...and I missed out on 20...
Before all this I also tried to break my old record in Deads from the floor 250kg (550lbs) I call it 1 rep with 260kg (573lbs) even though it was a butt ugly rep
Tomorrow Im not going to the gym for chest and arms, Instead Im going to do a program at home with pushups and my old 12kg (27lbs) dumbbell
