I did close to the same session yesterday, but I changed the leg extensions for some light squats. And I were going to the gym today but I hurt myself a little bit at work, I strained my left hamstring while lifting a pallet from the floor Nothing bad, doesnt hurt anymore, just a little warm around the area. So Im calling it a week and rests a bit. Im going back on monday presumably
I have a little bad news though..the strain...well it wasn't a strain..it was a pull. Im recomended by the doctor to not train for 1 month, because he thinks it might be a sign of a possible tear coming since I didn't lift anything heavy at all...just a pallet at work. So thats what Im going to do Im afraid :( ...he said that it was ok to train other stuff but I must not involve the legs at all...nor do anything that strains the area.
So the updates will be very few this coming month or so. But I will post them when I have done some work :) I'll check everyones logs this week. (I know I haven't been writing much lately...but it doesn't mean Im not there!)
sorry to hear about ur hamstring DA, but im glad ure recovering, and back in the gym already. ur legs are ur strongpoint anyway, so use those weeks for some upper body bombing:D

For some dumb reason I thought I must do 10 or 20 reps on everything...so there were some restpauses present after a while :carduindisguiseQuote

All and all a good session for being at home. This might be it for this week. But I might do something more for back on saturday
