pics are looking solid bro, ur legs are obviously ur genetic trademark, we got something in common there i see they have lost alittle fullness since last time, but that is to be expected when u have a bad knee that prevents u from going all out. anyways, u have some solid size, but i would say that u would benefit from lowering the bf% alittle, cut down to 10-12% and then bulk up again clean. i think u will find it easier to gain that way too, easier to see progress.

First day training legs since my hamstring pull about 1month ago, and I was stiff.......but that was expected though. And for the same reason I took it slow on the squats beacuse I go ass to the ground when doing squats. Still got a really good pump accually.Quote
