Had a great session today. Wasnt even sure I was gonna go down to the gym, since I first went shopping for brand new Inlines, and then went to take a dip in the lake. Somehow I ended up in the gym anyway, doing some chest and abs.
12 with 60kg
12 with 100kg
6 with 130kg (easy)
5 with 140kg (also easy?)
4 with 150kg (Boom, never would of thought that would happen today :)
Incline dumbbell press.
10 with 40kg
12 with 46kg
10 with 46kg
Flat bench flyes SS with cablecross.
14 with 26kg/10 with 25kg
10 with 29kg/8 with 25kg
9 with 32kg/6 with 25kg
13 with 100kg
10 with 100kg
Crunches with 10kg on the chest.
8 (kind of my worst exercise, weak abs and heavy legs :)
3 sets with the stack, max reps.
Felt really good to be able to press almost normal offseason weights, at this weight Im at now. Dont know what happened, I havent carbed up or anything, rather the opposite. Anyway, Im not complaining : )
