same exact shit happened to me, i hurt by back deadlifting. no worries though i still had a good leg workout with squats, i gotta say vicodin is fucking amazing! totally pain free. i'm just gonna take 2 weeks off of deadlifing i'm sure if you did the same you'll be fine. good luck with the back pain.
deadlifts, biceps, calves and abs, took me 45 minutes:) and then 40 minutes on the treadmill:/ the mp3 player is seriously one of the most genious inventions ever...
