Hello Mecca-people.

I thought it was about time I got myself a log here at teh Mecca. I train with Jewnen and Pillowbiter, who are the other active members of the awesome Team BB! in Copenhagen, DK.

My best lifts:
Bench: 150kg(330lbs), Jan '08, bw~93kg(207lbs)
Squat: 200kg(440lbs), Jan '08, bw~93kg
Dead lift: 200kg(440lbs), Mar '06, bw~103kg(229lbs)

I'm pobably at around 210kg in dead lift at the moment, but haven't tested it in a while.

some great lifts there damn you danish people you are a bunch of strong mofos.great music to,i wish i could hear lamb of god on my gym,all they play is a lame,trendy,mainstream,gay radio station...at least there are mp3 players...
by the way,is tunen wearing tights?do they serve any purpose or he turned metro?

Thx. I'll try to keep the videos coming from time to time. It's actually also pretty motivating to see your own lifts once in a while. Especially when you're as SWOLE!! as I am:coolguy::tiphat:
