i currently do no cardio sessions a week. i want to add some cardio work in to get fitter not to burn fat, so 2/3 times per week of 30 mins sessions will suffice. the only time i have to do cardio is mondays, tuesdays, thursdays and fridays. all of them are my weight training days. can i do cardio before the workout or after, what is best? cheers guys.
