Hi, i just thought i'd make this thread so we can share with each other what we are most proud of doing in the gym. This doesn't have to be any of your 1RM lifts by any means (but if thats what you beleive to be your biggest gym acheivement that get it posted). To give some ideas of what i mean, the acheivements could be great feats of endurance (1000 press ups in 5 minutes), great strength acheivements (500kg Deadlift), longest time constantly training..... (The list is endless, it's just what you personally beleive to be your most impressive gym feat). This may be quite hard, as i'm sure we all have milestones that we have worked hard to reach that we are all very proud of, but please, try to establish your one most impressive feat (in your eyes, it doesn't matter wether any one else would be impressed by it).

Okay, so lets get the ball rolling:-

7 Pull-ups with 40kg (88lbs) of added weight

i was doing a chest workout and after having done 5 work sets up to 120 kg for 2 reps on the bench press i immediately did a dropset where i did 32 reps with 60 kg, it burned like hell, and i felt like quitting after 20 but kept going, was pretty proud, doesent sound like much, but for me it was because of how i had to push myself, it felt awesome afterwards:)

All impressive stuff guys

(And NeoSoviet, 21 pullups is a great acheivement, theres not so many guys that can do 3 decent ones, so you should be very proud of that).

Doing 150kg (330lbs) for 7 reps on the benchpress comes to mind. But the thing that I remember most is the first time that I benched 100kg (220lbs). I wanted that so bad, and when I finally got it, I was very happy.

knowing that each time i step into the gym i go to, im the only one who takes my training seriously, and works out hard, and has some sort of diet going. the results show too, at least they have seperated me from everyone else who uses my gym.

For me, the first time I deadlifted 315 pounds. I was a senior in high school, and I had only been lifting for 2 years. I definately wasn't the strongest kid, but I felt proud that day.

(I weighed 119 as a freshman!)

I've had (like everyone has I guess) a few landmark lifts for myself personally but I guess the ones that standout for weight used on these particular exercises are:

Smith Lunges for reps at 210kg (460lb)

Dips with 75kg (165lb) for reps.

went to this new gym my bro goes too
well not quite new
my second time training in his, first time was to get used to how HUGE the place was
well i did this one machine seated rows, like cable ones no back seat etc
well i did 90lbs one handed 8 or so reps, easy as pie
then i did the whole stack with both hands 245lbs , did 3 reps
outta no where, never did this type of machine thing before, bro was like "holy shit"
i was gonna try to do more, but i would just be embarrassing myself

im not really the strongest person just yet with all my lifts, still working towards all my weight goals. But the biggest thing for me was when i first deadlifted 315lbs x 2.
