barbell shrugs with heavy weight but good form. no using ur legs, i c that all the time, just using the traps and consentrate on squeezing em, also when u lower the bar, hold it for a few seconds, it really crushes the traps, u cant go as heavy on em but ull feel em alot better and ur traps will do all the work...
