What type of music do y'all listen to while working out? A particular song or artist?

You need something to get you going, when you do your workouts- so I would say the Red Hot Chili Peppers would do the trick. Some of my favorite songs from this group are- Under The Bridge, Scar Tissue, and By The Way to get your spirits up.

When exercising I'd rather have smooth jazz music intrumental because the beat keeps you going. Jazz doesn't make you think much as it sets rythm to your body which is a good thing for exercise in or out of the gym. Jazz music is also good for doing online work because the music only flows in the background and is not that distracting.
