Yesterday I did my heavy lower day. I was running late and had to cut the workout a bit short but I think thats alright because I am planning on doing my light day tomorrow still.

Got it all done in about 40 mins. I had to run because I was giving a presentation on metabolism to a group participating in a local "biggest loser" competition. I have today off and tomorrow I will do light legs.
damn son you might get some striations in your chest after all! don't waist your time doing flys thou you'll never put on that mass you need with girls lifts like that, and you know your love the push pull! even on your chest bi your getting tri worl out so it's almost full body and on back tri you're getting a bi work out.
