I went in late yesterday for a chest and bi session and things went pretty well.
Bench press: 135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 275x5, 275x4, 245x7
Incline smith press: 205x12, 205x12, 225x10, 205x10
Cable fly: 70x15, 70x15, 70x12 (Rotator cuff got really tight at this point :crymeariver:)
EZ bar curl: 120x8, 120x8, 120x8, 100x10
Alternating db curls: 65x12, 60x12, 55x12, 50x12
Felt pretty good about the workout for the most part. Today I will foam roll and then I will hit light legs tomorrow!
Alright fellas, yesterday was light legs. Nothing real crazy but the workout felt good and I was pushing more weight.
Unilateral leg press: 6 platesx25, 7 platesx20, 8 platesx15
Stiff leg deads: 225x15, 225x15, 225x12, 225x12
Lunges db: 65'sx15, 60'sx15, 60'sx12 (WOW, these burned so bad! #'s are per leg.)
Leg extensions: 160x20, 175x15, 175x15
Calf raises seated: 3 platesx20x5
The epidrol seems real legit. I was moving more weight and had more endurance. I am up 5 pounds and I am about a week and a half into the cycle. Gains are very dry, I am staying very lean. As far as sides go, lethargy is definately there, back pumps are there but not too bad, I just started getting an extra blemish pop up here and there and finally, libido is down but I have no problem getting it up, its just not quite as stiff as he usually is!
Yesterday was back and tri. It was my b-day so I was in a bit of a hurry but I still got a good workout in.
Pull ups: bwx15, bwx12, bwx10, bwx10, bwx10
Bent over rows UH: 275x10, 275x10, 315x7, 315x7
Wide grip lat pull down: 225x12, 240x8, 240x8
One arm db rows: 100x15, 110x12
Close grip bench: 205x12, 225x10 (PB), 225x8, 205x8
Dips: bwx15, bwx12, bwx12, bwx12
Sticking to 30mg a day. The lethargy is the only thing that is getting to me. Nothing a couple red bulls cant take care of though.

I remember I had 3 exams in day one semester. I had drinked 3 or 4 red bulls in one day and staid up all night studying and didnt drink much water. The next day I had the worse shin splints and cramps ever, it was awful lol , but I did make two B's and a A.
