Alright guys, Saturday was a shoulder and chest day. Things went pretty well.
Incline db press: 50x10, 75x10, 100x10, 100x10, 95x10, 95x9, 95x8
Standing bb press: 135x8, 155x6, 155x6, 155x7
Flat db fly: 60x12, 55x12, 55x12, 50x14
Side laterals cable: 40x15, 45x12, 45x12, 40x12
Had a great pump going. Up right around 6 lbs in the last 2 weeks. Lethargy is bad but the back pumps arent that bad. I took Sunday and Monday off due to a busy schedule but today i will hit chest and bis.
Alright gang, so today I had chest and bis. I am really working on hammering this chest to try to get the damn thing to grow! I have been told by numerous people that its my weak point and I have to agree.
Bench press: 135x10, 225x10, 275x6, 295x3 (PB), 275x5, 265x7
Incline smith press: 225x12, 205x13, 205x12, 205x12
Cable fly: 70x15, 70x14, 65x15
EZ bar close grip: 120x9, 120x8, 120x8, 120x8
Hammer strengh isolated isolateral curl: 50x15, 50x14, 50x12, 40x14, 30x15
Felt really good about the workout and I was happy with the bench. Took some cell phone pics and while the quality is very poor, here is a little preview until I take some "real" pics!
great work, Another PB- that epi is really working awesome for you. I bet you had a great pump with this workout.
On your pictures I dont profess at all to be a great analyser, but I think your arms and lats are amazing. Your arms are very big and it shows in your workouts with the strength you have with the arms. I agree I think your chest is a week point, but I think you could use some thickness on those traps as well.
None the less you look great and really lean. How much are weighing in these pics? What do you think your body fat is at right now?
Bam: Thanks for the support and critisizm. I have really kind of backed off the arm and back training quite a bit to focus on chest and legs and while the improvements have been small, they are coming up none-the-less. I am weighing about 223-225 in these pics and I have had my bf taken by 3 different trainers that I work with and it is between 11 and 13% according to skinfold. It will be much better when I get some quality pics up that arent taken with my cell phone.

solid chest session buddy, there are some really heavy weights and a nice pb also , as for your pics, you look very good bro, huge arms,shoulders and a nice V-taper, and your chest is not really a "weak" point, is just a lil behind compared with delts arms & back, but don't worry for that ... with time and patience you'll improve it
