Have a couple of sessions to post for you guys. Did a heavy leg day on Sunday and then just finished up a chest and bi session. I finished the epidrol a week ago and started dieting yesterday!

Leg press: 18 platesx12, 18 platesx12, 20 platesx10
Calf extension on leg press: 8 plates x 20 x5
Chest and bi
Bench press: 135x10, 135x10, 225x10, 275x7, 295x5, 315x1 (PB), 225x9
Incline db press: 90x12, 100x10, 100x8, 90x10, 80x12
Flat db fly: 55x12, 50x12
EZ curls: 120x10, 120x8, 120x8, 120x8
Hammer curls: 55x12, 50x13, 45x12, 40x12
Felt real good about the last two sessions. I am very pleased with how my squats are coming along and I was very pleased to finally get that PB on bench. I will post pics up in a few minutes!
